The PayPal payment option, which had been unavailable as of 14:11 March 1st, 2019, has been restored as of 13:30 March 4th.

[Specific Issues]
- New membership registrations (to paid tiers) using PayPal payments cannot be completed
- Changes to paid membership tiers using PayPal payments cannot be completed
- Cancelling membership registrations to paid tiers using PayPal payments cannot be completed
