The returning Ishida pushed Endo to the limit til he lost by a Burning Star Press! “I’ll become a wrestler worthy of your support. I’ll do my best and win the next time I return to Kumamoto”
The 29<sup>th</sup> May “What are you doing 2022 TOUR in KUMAMOTO” took place at the Kumamoto City Civic Hall, and the show was a soldout with no empty seats. In the main event, Kumamoto local Ishida teamed with HARASHIMA and Yoshimura against the BURNING trio consisting of Endo, Akiyama and Okada. With such a huge local support cheering Ishida, he had the crowd on his side. However his relatively short career proves to be a steep climb for him. After receiving a Jumping Shoulder Tackle from Akiyama, he makes the tag to HARASHIMA and Yoshimura. After Yoshimura had Endo cornered, Ishida requests for the tag. Ishida faces the KO-D Openweight Champion head on. With the assist from HARASHIMA and Yoshimura, he gets the momentum going with an elbow. Endo returns with a signature Handspring Elbow Overhead Kick into a Argentinian Torture Rack Bomb for the finish but Ishida breaks the count. Endo finishes the match with a perfect Burning Star Press that not even Ishida will be able to kick out of. When he was about to close off the show, Akiyama drags Ishida back into the ring. Endo responds with “I was going to close off the show but the local Hero prospect Ishida should close off today.” Ishida replies with “To all the Kumamoto fans, thank you for coming down today! I’m still weak and cannot win but I’ll work hard to win the next time I return to Kumamoto! Thank you all for coming today” as he ends off the show with tears running down his cheeks.
Hino and Naya’s megaton bout elates the crowd! Hino lays waste to Naya with a Fuckin’ BOMB!
In the semi-main event, Yukio Naya gets his wish as he spars against tag partner Yuji Hino. The match between both super-heavtweights elate the local crowd. Hino lays waste to Naya with the FUCKIN’ BOMB for the 3 count. At backstage, Hino comments “He was strong, really. He’s getting real strong real fast. Only 27 and he’s just getting better. I must do my best too. Let’s get stronger. Naya replies with “I’m so glad to fight against Hino today. I’ll get stronger so please keep a lookout for me and he ends off with a joyful expression.
Yukihi wins the rematch against Akai! A joyful Yukihi said “I hope that no matter if we team up or go against each other that we can make each other stronger going forward. Saki-chan said so, and I hope we can continue to do so.
For the fourth match, Saki Akai and Maya Yukihi squares off in a singles match for the first time since March 20<sup>th</sup> at Ryogoku Sumo Hall. With an intense match more spectacular than the previous encounter, Yukihi made Akai tap out with a convincing White Out. She finally got the win over Akai. At backstage, a joyful Yukihi said “I’m glad I finally got my revenge. I hope that no matter if we team up or go against each other that we can make each other stronger going forward. Saki-chan said so, and I hope we can continue to do so” as she requests for another opportunity to team up again.
